Refund policy

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for items due to change of mind.

For all items, you may return products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unworn and are accompanied with their original packaging.

To request a return please email us with your order number and a brief description for the return reason to customerservice@palmcovelabel.com.au

We do not accept returns for items on sale. For Faulty items, please send with a photo and description of your fault and your online order number we will organise a replacement to be sent out or a refund if stock is sold out.

Please choose carefully as Products must be returned at your own cost unless faulty. Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email or phone of your exchange or refund entitlement within 7 business days.

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the method you paid for your order (PayPal, Zip Pay, Afterpay). The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.

 

Damage and incorrect items received

Please inspect your order upon delivery within 7 days upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item or size.

We will ask for further details from you regarding the fault and advise on how to proceed from there.

Please note that all pre-approved returned items must be in the original condition i.e. unworn, not soiled (free from makeup, perfume etc), unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

 

Non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on correctly delivered items or sale items unless you receive the faulty, wrong items or wrong size.

 

Refunds

All items returned to Palm Cove Label will be evaluated to determine whether the item is eligible for a refund.

For items which have been deemed faulty, or incorrectly packed by Palm Cove Label, returned postage costs will be the responsibility of Palm Cove Label.
