Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been collected by the courier, we can cancel your order, please email customerservice@palmcovelabel.com.au and we will process your request.
Do you do click and collect?
Click & Collect is not a service that we offer at this time.
What are your payment options?
We accept PayPal, you can use your PayPal account or checkout as a guest using a credit/debit card. We now also Accept Zip Pay & Afterpay min spend $70 on Zip Pay & Afterpay sales.
Returns
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return please ensure that your items align with our return requirements. You can then email customerservice@palmcovelabel.com.au to initiate your return.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Do you offer refunds?
You may return eligible full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit, provided they meet the conditions detailed in our returns policy.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for items due to change of mind.
For all items, you may return products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed unworn and are accompanied with their original packaging.
To request a return please email us with your order number and a brief description for the return reason to customerservice@palmcovelabel.com.au
We do not accept returns for items on sale. For Faulty items, please send with a photo and description of your fault and your online order number we will organise a replacement to be sent out or a refund if stock is sold out.
Please choose carefully as Products must be returned at your own cost unless faulty
Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email or phone of your exchange or refund entitlement within 7 business days.
All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the method you paid for your order (PayPal, Zip Pay, Afterpay).The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we would recommend that you contact the courier to assist you in locating your parcel.
How much is shipping?
Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout
Free shipping Australia wide for orders over $100. For orders under $100 shipping is a flat rate of $9.50 or Express Shipping is $13.00. Flat Rate, Express shipping & Free shipping excludes Bulky items. Bulky items are $15 flat rate Australia Wide. We use TNT/FedEx, Australia Post and Fastway/Aramex.
